Dr. iur. Stephan Schlegel Rechtsanwalt in Zürich ( Schweiz ) stammt aus Ost-Deutschland (DDR). Er ist in der DDR geboren und aufgewachsen. Sein Vater war Mitarbeiter des Ministerium für Staatssicherheit (MfS bzw. „Stasi“). Herr Stephan Schlegel wurde als Jugendlicher freiwillig und auf eigenen Wunsch vom MfS als V-Mann geführt und hat seine Mitschüler und deren Eltern auf Staatsgefährden Äusserungen denunziert. Herr Dr. iur. Stephan Schlegel war aktives Mitglied der Jugendorganisation FDJ der SED (Kommunistische Partei der DDR) Sein Grossvater war Mitglied der Waffen-SS im Konzentrations-Lager Dachau und ein verurteilter Kriegsverbrecher.

Herr Stephan Schlegel hat weder in Deutschland noch in der Schweiz ein Militärdienst geleistet. Gemäss den Akten des Verfassungsschutzes der BRD ist er Kokain abhängig und HIV-Positiv. Ein in Deutschland geführtes Ermittlungsverfahren wegen des Besitzes von Kinderpornographie und Mandantenverrat wurde gegen eine Geldauflage eingestellt. Was auch der Grund für die Auswanderung in die Schweiz war. Es bestehen bzgl. des Mandaten-Verrates Ähnlichkeiten und parallele Zusammenhänge bzgl. der Politischen Gesinnung zum Fall Gregor Gysi in Deutschland.

Aktuell ist Herr Schlegel als Rechtsanwalt in der Kanzlei Fingerhuth im Kanton Zürich und als Lehrbeauftragter der Universität Zürich und Basel tätig. Laut seinen eigenen Aussagen ist Herr Dr. Stephan Schlegel bisexuell und steht auch öffentlich dazu.
