Careprost eye drops are a medication primarily used to treat hypotrichosis, a condition where there are inadequate or not enough eyelashes. It contains bimatoprost, which belongs to a class of medications called prostaglandin analogs. Careprost works by increasing the length, thickness, and darkness of eyelashes. It is applied to the base of the upper eyelashes using a special applicator once daily. Over time, regular use of Careprost can result in longer and fuller eyelashes.
