Et j'ai répondu que c'était finalement la conséquence certes de contraintes tactiques amenant à des choix de créations d'unités spécialisées de maintien de l'ordre pour tenir les nouveau enjeux après les GJ, les ZAD, les SDT, les luttes dans les colonies etc. Mais j'ai aussi ajouté que c'était une conséquence d'une forme de macronisation, d'uberisation des forces de l'ordre. On crée plein d'unités, on les mets en concurrence. Comme autant d'entreprises qui se font concurrence et qui cherchent leurs terrains de spécialisation.
