Sexual violence against women and girls in Israel is rather prevalent. To address this problem, the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel (ARCCI) provides rape prevention programs for middle to high school teens. These programs have been in place for several decades, but their effectiveness has not been evaluated empirically to date. This study seeks to fill this gap by performing an evaluation of one such preventive program. Three hundred and ninety-four 11th graders completed a preintervention and postintervention questionnaire, assessing their rape-related attitudes and behaviors. Results indicate a significant improvement following the workshop in the understanding of what distinguishes rape from mutually consensual relations, along with a substantial shift in many rape-supportive attitudes. At the same time, some victim blaming still remained. Likewise, self-reported behavioral changes were minimal, possibly because of a ceiling effect. Implications for future rape prevention programs in Israel are discussed.

It's possible to make the venv portable, versionize it, archive it and deploy at boot the latest version. It's architecture dependent though, so if you deploy on multiple archs, you will need to build for each.
Edit: gunicorn is part of the venv. All you need to do after deploying gunicorn is activating the venv and running your server.
You can also have the archive tun through several vulnerability checkers.

To know which path to add to PYTHONPATH, you can either read .bin/activate and figure it out, or run something like bash -c "source ./bin/activate ; env" and it'll list all the environment variables. You can then expand (not replace) the environment variables of the current environment with those of the other environment - either in bash or in python - up to you.
As I said, dirty dirty and honestly I'd just install gunicorn in every venv then you're done with it. But if you really want to, try what I explained and see how it works for you. It's good to experiment and find out first hand.

If A_WebApp is truly the python file and app is some python symbol then you should be able to make gunicorn in another venv and call your script as such: path/to/venv/bin/python gunicorn A_Web_App:app
Use pip to install pipx, use pipx to install gunicorn to make it available globally. Pipx is meant to install applications as it will install each in their own venv, whereas pip will install them in a single global env.
Makes sure gunicorn isn't installed in your venvs, so when you run them, they'll use the pipx installed one.

I'm screening a large media library (20TB) wherein some files got corrupted when I did a transfer via filezilla (by my guess ~10%). The corrupted files display with a green "filter" over every frame (when played via plex and a number of local video players playing the file directly).
I'd like to screen the library, and want to write a script to get an average color reading.
Are there any libraries that would let me return a value AND specify how many frames I want it to take the average of? Because of how consistent and defined the issue is, it's really not necessary to average the whole file.
It would also be great if it automatically skipped non-video files, but I imagine a simple "try/except" would be fine.
My skill level here is best described as "high level hobbyist". I'm familiar with what I need to do iterating over the folder etc, but would prefer not to learn how to pull specific frames from a video container unless I have to.
Sorry for not having a direct answer for your question.
First, are these videos using Dolby Vision? If so try a google search for “Dolby Vision green tint”.
Second, if this really is a corruption issue, are you sure you really want to write something custom to fix this? What else is wrong in those files that you haven’t noticed yet? It seems unlikely that they would all corrupt consistently. Did something transform them since they were last in a known good state? Do you have other means to revert that transformation?
Finally, if you do want to continue down your current path there’s a light discussion on the topic in this stack overflow thread. You’re going to need to contend with how videos are compressed, i.e. not every frame is actually stored. You’re likely going to loose some quality or bloat the file size through applying a correction process. If you find the right tools and want to minimize loss and bloat, you may need to use different solutions for different codecs.

Thank you for the tips! It turns out the files weren't corrupted at all, it was a transcoding issue somewhere in the hardware acceleration stack. I've disabled it which will cause some bottlenecks, but there's more than enough processing power in the rig for the limited amount of people that use it simultaneously.
Thank you for the reply and the links though! My original plan was NOT to fix the files, just to figure out which had an issue and re-download them. Like I said it turns out that was unnecessary.
Thanks all the same for pointing me to that thread. I do want to start screwing around with some imagine manipulation at some point, and this has already been really educational in learning the top level flow of this kind of thing. Again, I'm more used to passing data for sensors and motors.

Il periodo storico fa la sua parte – ci offre scenari preoccupanti tra catastrofi naturali, orrori artificiali e tensioni sociali – ma la fatica e l’angoscia che proviamo mentre ci facciamo strada nel pozzo dipendono dalle abitudini collettive di consumo mediatico.
La sensazione di assistere, tramite i feed social, a un’apocalisse permanente, che non possiamo materialmente impedire e dalla quale non possiamo moralmente distogliere lo sguardo, è abbastanza diffusa da aver fatto emergere nel 2020 un neologismo per descriverla: doomscrolling. Constructed from rubbish
Today Herr Nilsson revealed Ariel, entirely constructed from rubbish from Lake Mälaren in front of the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The rubbish is retrieved by Rena Mälaren, the non-profit organisation that specialises in retrieving garbage from the bottom of the lake. Ariel is the first sculpture in a ‘Clean Street Art’ series in Stockholm, an inspiring new initiative to protect our seas. More sculptures in this series will be installed in various public locations around Stockholm during summer.
Ariel consists of mobile phones, cord phones, a vacuum cleaner, a sink, an oil barrel, a car tyre, a computer mouse, a watch, screws, and circuit boards. Key features such as Ariel’s hair are made from hoses, while her eyes are discarded CPU fans. Most notably, one of her raised middle fingers are represented by a knife, while the rocks situated at the front of the sculpture are old lead boat batteries, which are incredibly damaging to the environment.
Ariel and her soon-to-be companions are not only works of art, but symbols of the importance of protecting our waters. For as long as she remains in position, Ariel can be seen with her two middle fingers up, saying F*** OFF to those who pollute the seas, oceans and waterways, day after day.
About Herr Nilsson
Herr Nilsson broke onto the international street art scene in 2012 when he painted a series of paintings titled ‘Dark Princesses’, including Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty armed with knives and pistols. The Disney princesses lurked around street corners in Stockholm where they appeared to wait for passers-by. As a result, Herr Nilsson was invited to a number of exhibitions in New York, Miami, London and Tel Aviv. I was pretty young when I found out that I was good at expressing myself in drawings, most often much better than in spoken words. I spend a lot of time drawing and when I was about 21 years old I decided to aim for the goal of being a professional artist.

I’m almost constantly trying new ideas, sketching them in my mind until they are pretty much done, then I realize them in a painting or a sculpture. How can artists be paid for their work and at the same time maintain a critical attitude towards the commercial art market and public funding partners?
Most often you can say “fuck you” to people if you can laugh about it together. The collectors that buy my art, at least those that I have had the chance to talk to, are all persons that like critical thinking and satire. Provocative art is not for everybody but there are a lot of people out there that like it.
Sometimes you are lucky and get a win-win situation together with the client. For example my latest art work, the sculpture of Ariel is entirely constructed out of rubbish from Lake Mälaren. It was sold to a Swedish entrepreneur, Konrad Bergström, founder of a company, X Shore, which builds electrical boats. He has a strong interest in the environment and the waters in particular. All rubbish that the sculpture of Ariel is built from was retrieved by the non-profit organization Rena Mälaren that specializes in retrieving debris from the bottom of the lake. Konrad payed me a good amount of money for the sculpture and then I give back a major part of that income to Rena Mälaren to finance their ongoing work, and then I can finance constructing more sculptures and so on. I find this cycle being very good for all participants.

What would you like to change in the street art world?
More and more cities around the world are commissioning big murals at boring buildings and many artists can make their living on this. This is very good of course. But it is also a trend that these murals are almost always made to be decorative and nice to everybody, like the music on a big commercial radio station. Without any provocative or critical thinking concepts at all, this street art will be nothing more than generic. I would say that I wish that the clients could be a little bit braver when they commissioned these murals.
The good part is of course that all of us still can do street art works without permission and stay free in our creativity.

“Follow the leaders is a critical reflection on our inertia as a social mass. Representing a social stereotype associated with power compound businessmen who run the global social spectrum. I worked with a great team of people that have helped me to realize this project.”
Isaac Cordal is sympathetic toward his little people and you can empathize with their situations, their leisure time, their waiting for buses and even their more tragic moments such as accidental death, suicide or family funerals. The sculptures can be found in gutters, on top of buildings, on top of bus shelters; in many unusual and unlikely places.
Nowadays this installation is more known as “Politicians discussing global warming”. A name Isaac Cordal support: “Popularly known as “Politicians discussing global warming”. Berlin, 2011. Young people is striking climate change in every corner of the globe today. Let’s join them!.”
